We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Souplesse. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn clothing. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure that your return is processed as smoothly as possible.

Conditions of Returns:

  1. The item(s) must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  2. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.
  3. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You can do this by emailing us at or by using the contact form on our website.
  2. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
  3. We will respond to your message as fast as possible and provide you with a return confirmation.
  4. Once you receive your return confirmation, please ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance to protect against lost or damaged items.

  1. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy guidelines.
  2. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund in the form of a voucher to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  3. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  2. We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
  3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and produce (if not in stock = 8 weeks) & ship the new item(s) to you.
